CrossFit Lutz offers strength and conditioning for kids ages 8 and up. Our focus is on: core strength, agility drills, balance and coordination, cardiovascular/endurance training and dynamic/explosive movements. Our programming is fun and constantly varied, challenging and engaging. We do body weight and cardio exercises as well as light weights. We can modify any movements or exercise to your. The tiered programming system allows new and experienced athletes to perform workouts that are more geared towards their individual goals while still working together in a class setting. A typical CrossFit class will include a warmup specific to the programming of the day, followed by a strength or skill session, and finish up with a conditioning workout that we tend to call MetCon.
